What is your shipping policy?

 

Shipping destinations:

  • We ship both locally and worldwide from different warehouses in the USA or international, depending on your location.

Shipping times:

  • Local orders take 8-12 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 5-8 business days.
  • International orders take 12-30 business days to be delivered and we ship within same 5-8 business days.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
  • We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time. Shipping carriers are sometimes delayed and "Elle Shapewear" does not take responsibility for late delivery times and we will not issue a shipping refund.

Shipping cost:

  • Orders over $50 will have free shipping.
  • Orders under $50 will be charged for shipping $3.95. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

How do i place my order?

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 5-8  business days.

Our support team is always happy to guide you at any step!

What payment methods do you accept?

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
  • We also accept payments via Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

All the orders will be processed in US dollars.

How do I edit or cancel my order?

We can try to edit your order if you contact us in maximum 2 days. Though, we might not be able to change it if it was already sent to fulfillment.

If you have placed your order by mistake or you have changed your mind, please contact us immediately. If you order has not been sent to the fulfillment yet, we will go ahead and cancel your order.

If you contact us after 2 or more days, we may not be able to stop the processing, but we will try! In this case, you will be deducted 25% restocking fees. 

We are able to edit your address, email address or the products you have ordered. Please check twice before checking out, because change of sizes or products might not be editable. Even if you contact use right after placing the order, we cannot guarantee that we'll read your message fast enough.

Note: Elle waisted will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. 

How can I use my cupon code?

You will see a box at checkout and you can add the discount code .

If you get any error, please go ahead and place your order and contact us at support@ellewaisted.com with your order number and the code you had but could't use.We will apply a refund manually.

Where is my order?

If your order was already shipped and you have a tracking number, please use the link below to track your package:

Simply add the tracking number and click track.

If the tracking is not updated, it means that your package is in transit to the national carrier. 

Get back again in a few days for updates.

If you can't find your tracking number, please contact us or check for the shipping confirmation email.

Where is the rest of my order?

If you have placed an order for multiple products and you only received one or more of them, it means that we have shipped them separately and you will get the other products in a different package.

We ship our products from different warehouses, so expect to receive multiple packages sometimes.

When can I get a refund?

We don't offer refunds, but we can offer you store credit if you meet the criteria for the request.

Can I exchange my product?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged require a photo or a video to prove the issue. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ellewaisted.com . You can also choose another product, that is listed at the same price.

Any discounts that were applied to the original order won't be considered.

We don't accept exchanges if wrong size was ordered.

The size doesn't fit, what should I do?

We want to let you know that your waist trainer is SUPPOSED to be tight. 

If you have ordered slimming pants or other items, we kindly ask you to try them on over other clothes, otherwise we won't be able to accept a return, for sanitary reasons.
